Statement from Tucker Johnson, president of Skyline Development Corp., regarding Ada County Board of Commissioners’ decision to unanimously approve The Cliffs Planned Community comprehensive plan:

“After nearly two years of hard work, we are extremely pleased by the commission’s decision tonight to approve The Cliffs Planned Community. The decision reflects the efforts of many experts on the Skyline team who delivered a thorough and exceptional plan for our conservation-based community.

“That said, our work is far from over. The commissioners put in place a number of development requirements – all of which we agree with. We will continue working diligently to ensure we meet these requirements so that we can begin building homes at The Cliffs at the earliest possible date.

“We have set the bar very high for ourselves, and have every confidence that The Cliffs will become the model for future planned communities in Ada County.”
