FIRST PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULED FOR THE CLIFFS

The first of two public hearings for Skyline’s The Cliffs planned community zoning request is scheduled for Thursday, August 3rd, at 6:00 pm on the first floor of the Ada County Court House, 200 W. Front Street, Boise.

The Ada County Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct the hearing.  The schedule includes a presentation from staff regarding their findings in review of the application and a presentation of the project by Skyline Corporation (Tucker Johnson and consultants).  Following the two presentations, P & Z Commissioners will open the floor for comments from those in attendance.

The hearing will be an excellent opportunity to see and hear the specifics of the project.  During Skyline’s presentation, the company will show a video simulation depicting what The Cliffs will look like after completion.
