More than 50 percent of the property will be set aside as open space, the majority of which will be designated as restored habitat for a variety of wildlife. Great care will be taken to respect, preserve, and improve the very best natural elements of the area. In fact, to help repair the damage that has been done to this precious land over the years by wildfires and invasive weeds, the community will provide vital water and restore native plants and grasses, which will serve as both food and shelter for wintering big game and other wildlife.
